Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us.
1. Introduction
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions.
2. Ordering From Us
2.1 You are deemed to place an online order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order confirmation, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email containing the details of the transaction. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately. The purchase contract will not be made if we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. See Cancellation Section.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:
where goods are not available; (b)where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
3.2 Delivery rates are set out in our specified pricing structure. Please refer to the Delivery Section.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed periodically.
4. Cancellation and Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you must notify us by email to sales@mtlabels.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, you must return the goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 If you received an item you purchased in the online store, which you wish to return, we will either give you a credit towards a future purchase or refund you. If you would like a refund we will send you the full information of where the handbag needs to be shipped to by you. For this purpose, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item. See section Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund of the amount you paid or an exchange credit as required.
Please note that we will not refund any delivery costs paid by you as part of your initial order.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
The provision of this clause 4.4 does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Service Access and Liability
5.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
5.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
5.3 While all the Products sold through the Website will always correspond with their description, variations in both the manufacturing processes we use and also the display properties of the computer hardware you use to view our Website may mean that the colours and designs of the Products displayed on our Website and the Products delivered to you may differ in appearance in minor respects.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We accept credit card payments on our website through Paypal.
Paypal provides a secure payment platform and we do not obtain or store credit card details.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge. Please refer to our shipping information.
Prices are in GBP.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Delivery
We offer worldwide delivery. Our delivery prices are:
£ 10.00 for deliveries to the United Kingdom, to European countries, to the United States and the rest of the world.
Delivery times from when an order is dispatched are from 1 to 2 working days throughout most of the UK, and 5 to 7 business days to the US and the rest of the world depending on the destination.
Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and detailing the contents of your order.
Tracking your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking number for your order.
Cancellations
If we have not yet dispatched your order, you may cancel it by contacting us by email to sales@mtlabels.com. The full amount will be returned.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
If you received an item, which you wish to return, we will either give you a credit towards a future purchase or refund you. If you would like a refund we will send you the full information of where the handbag needs to be shipped to by you. For this purpose, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item.
If you would like to return any product, which is not defective, please note that we will not refund any delivery costs paid by you as part of your initial order.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
Products must be in their unused original condition with all product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
For handbags where a manufacturing problem is encountered
If there is a fault in your handbag due to a manufacturing problem, we will arrange prompt collection of your bag, fix and return it with no cost to you. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks for re-delivery.
